Serve Well was recommended to me by my kitchen designer, and they did a wonderful job. They have excellent customer service. As always, there were a few glitches in the purchase and delivery process, but they never failed to represent my interests and step in where necessary with the manufacturer. Anybody can process an order, but Serve Well stands by their name and "serves well". It's especially nice that they do so for individual buyers who are only buying for a single kitchen (not just developers who are buying in bulk). Highly recommended!

Great experience with Serve Well. I bought a Viking refrigerator which was delivered in less then 2 weeks. Viking buffers the estimated time of arrival within 4 weeks. The prices are based off of UMRP (Manufactures suggested retail price), so there are never any discounts no matter where you go. I was just pleased to hear positive feedback about the manufacturer as opposed to the other dealer in San Diego. They do have a delivery charge, but it's only $35.00 and worth not being pushed into a sub-contractor.
Description of Work: Purchase and delivery of appliance (refrigerator). The cost is inclusive of taxes and delivery charge.

I SHOPPED AROUND AT DEFERENT STORES FOR VIKING PRODUCTS, FINALLY I DECIDED TO BUY AT SERV-WELL BECAUSE MR. SHEL GOODMAN GAVE ME A VERY GOOD DEAL ON PRICES. TOTALLY HAPPY ABOUT THIS. I LOVE THE VIKING PRODUCTS!!!
