Description of Work: Discovered a leak from my shower and when called they came very quickly. They found it, fixed it quickly. They closed up the hole in the wall with cardboard until I could get the person who would do the wall repair. I definitely intend to call them when the next plumbing problem arises.

 + -1 moreJust fine. It's always easy with Bob. He has been my plumber for over 15 yrs. I can leave him a key and trust him to come in when I'm not home. He can even deal with my snappy little dogs. Yay Bob!
Description of Work: Fixed leak in my shower and replaced the divert-er valve. Left the place clean and, called my cell to tell me he was done and left the bill on my kitchen counter.

 + 0 moreI have a 30 year relationship with them. His name is Bob Saurer. He's great and he has been good for me. He replumbed our house years ago with copper. He knows the house. He is practical and fixes things in a realistic way. They stay fixed and I never worry about a pipe leaking with him. My experience has been very good.
Description of Work: I use Saurer Brothers Plumbing for my plumbing needs. I have an unregulated pressure line at the back of my house because I am on the side of a hill and you have to be careful with it because there is no regulator on it and the valve was leaking. Our neighbor noticed that we had a leaking faucet outside and I was out of town so I called him and he came right over and replaced some pipe that comes up from out of the ground.
