I came home after work and discovered that my wife's shower upstairs had caused the downstairs toliet to overflow because the main line was completely stopped up. When I say completely, I mean that when I took the cap off the clean-out outside, the water never went down at all. By the time I called Robby's Rooter It was after 7pm. The call was answered chearfully after the 3rd ring, and after I had explained my predicament I was told that I could expect them to be there in about one hour. They were! My plumber was Armando and he was very polite and professional. He set up quickly, and over the next 2 to 3 hours using several attachments pulled out a lot of roots! He advised me that there must be a hole where the roots were getting in, and that at some point that would need to be addressed, but that I should be trouble free for the time being. I will definitely use this company again!

Showed up 20 minutes after I called. Thought there might be a potential larger issue, but fortunately for me, it wasn't necessary. Very thorough. Very professional. Cleaned up EVERYTHING! Made good suggestions for sewer line maintenance. GOOD LOCAL PROVIDER. WILL USE AGAIN !!

He was very kind. We thought it was something more serious, something out in the street or out in the yard. When he took the toilet off, he said the problem is right here with the roots. He suggested me to solve the problem and keep the roots from coming back. He cleaned all day out and I was very happy with that. He poked it all the way out using the camera. He didn't have the camera and the guy with the camera came in. They were able to clear it out in a couple of minutes, so it was really good. The work was more expensive because it was actually camera work. The price was okay.

He completed the job quickly and told me approximately where the pipe was clogged so that I can have that occluded pipe replaced. He was polite and efficient. In and out so I could get some work done. Nice going!

I called on Friday, expecting to schedule something for next week, but the receptionist/scheduling coordinator offered an after-hours appointment for Friday. When I asked about Saturday, she made sure to let me know that I should schedule for the morning because after noon would be off-hours rates. She told me he would arrive between 9am and noon and that I would be called in advance before someone arrived. Saturday morning I received a call just after 8am asking if an early arrival was okay and confirming directions to my house. She said he'd arrive in 20 minutes and he did - to the minute. The gentleman was polite and friendly, but he didn't dawdle. He came in and got right to work. Within 10 minutes he'd cleared out the problem. He then explained that it was mostly corrosion, not hair, causing the problem and what I should do for the future. He quickly prepared an invoice after putting away his equipment and waited patiently (despite one of my dogs barking loudly at him all the while) until I'd finished writing a check. I'll definitely use them again for this sort of problem.

They arrive within 90min of my call. Armando was very friendly and professional. He didn't have a video camera to send down, but he was confident he knew the cause of my blockage. Within an hour he cleaned up the area nicely and was on his way. The price quoted on the phone was the price he charged and I was very happy with the work performed.

He was here yesterday within 2 hours of calling him and he explained why there was a leak and how it can be avoided and was here for an hour and charged us only, and charged us a reasonable price. We have used him quite few times to clean out drains and finding sources of leaks. He is honest, fair and does not overcharge. There is no long waiting period to get him to come out. He is thorough, explains things and each time he has come out has been a wonderful experience.

They are excellent and always showed up on time. They are honest, affordable and I like them. They are professional, responsive and great.

I would highly recommend him. He is very thorough and not expensive. They go above and beyond. They always call if they are going to be a little late.

Both Robby and Junior were great. Showed up on time and stayed longer then planned when the house proved to be a little difficult. We have a lot of stairs and not one complaint from these guys. They stayed with in the price range quoted. They were extremely clean and curtious. I have already hired them to come out for another project. They are great.

THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY CALLED A FEW DAYS BEFORE AS A REMINDER. THEY WERE POLITE AND THE PRICE WAS REASONALBLE. GREAT CLEANUP.
