I had had other estimates and this seemed in the ballpark-- plus he had come recommended by my broker at Coldwell when I originally bought my house and her other recommendations have been excellent. We set a time for Monday 14th. He came over with his crew at 8 AM, just as he had said. He promised the job would be done by 2 PM and it was. When I went up on the roof to check out the work, they brought up my hose to show me how the slightly raised area they had built was draining away water instead of allowing it to pool. They cleaned all the debris away as they worked.
Description of Work: Bernie and his team put a new roof/insulation on about 350 square feet of my property (torchdown in a flat section, and 30-year composite shingles in another). In addition, they built a slight tilt into another area of roof where water had been pooling and leaking into the bathroom below, enabling water to run off into the gutter. And as I type this, it is raining, and there are absolutely no problems anywhere. The torchdown section is guaranteed for 20 years, and the shingled section for 30.
