+ 1 moreOscar and his team showed up an hour before our appointment time and sat outside my house. When he came inside, he said that I had too much furniture and other stuff in the way and that there was no point in him cleaning unless we cleared things out. He said to give him a call when we get rid of things. We did not have him do the cleaning and will not be calling him back.
Description of Work: Hired Oscar and his team for a deep cleaning of my home. He came out to doa consultation. We discussed in detail what was needed and what our top priorities were. Within 36 hours, he emailed a quote for services. I called him to schedule the cleaning and he responded by text. I responded to his email to confirm which services we wanted done and he said that not everything was included in the quote. I asked why and he said it doesn't need to be done. I insisted that certain things must be cleaned and he said that if I really wanted it done, then he would do it during the cleaning and tell me how much it will cost at that time.
