Payless Bath Makeover

Buyer, beware for Payless kitchen and bath It started from the salesman he promised me things. When that time came it never happened. So I wanted to put up security cameras where they will be remodeling my bathroom because at this point I don't trust him. The first installers that came out had an issue with the cameras I told them I wanted to protect myself and my property. They called their office and talk to a supervisor and the supervisor told me if I don't take the cameras down they will put a lien on my property. So we argue back-and-forth back-and-forth and I said OK fine i'll take them down. At this point I just want it to be over with. The second crew that came out did the demo. They had an issue with the plumbing had to be fixed. Time has passed to do their scheduling and all the doctors appointments I had. The third crew that came out very nice Young kids. "They work their *** off" I felt so bad for them because I had to educate them on certain things. One major mistake that they did was put 2. p-traps and they didnt compact the dirt and lay concrete. But it was too late they already glued the shower pan down. I had them pull everything back up for me to inspect it. When they pull the shower pan up it got damaged. I told them I'm not gonna except the shower pan because beginning of this process they said it was a special custom shower pan. The coordinators taken care of this issue I asked her multiple times that I want a new shower pan she said that's fine. Two week has passed and they said the shower pan is new. When the fourth installer that came out I told them about the shower pan. Well just say they lied to me again it was the original shower pan all they did was sprayed foam on the and the foam was still wet. I don't mind waiting 8 to 12 weeks I waited this long.

They were great, on time, clean and my bathroom looks amazing! I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family!

It went pretty smooth. It only took for two days, which I like it. They were fast. They took care the damage in my bathroom straightaway.

It was very good. They were excellent. They were one of the best installer I had.

The workers were good. The problem with was that pay less, they didn't disclose that they were not a construction company. They were just a part of the construct. They left home owner to look for the other contractors to do other job.

They were great. They did a great job. I liked what they did.

He was excellent and worked from 8 to 5. I did fall twice as it is ripley on the bottom. I put a rubber mat in there and it is better now. I paid $13,000 and I feel like I paid too much, but the work was well done.

Terrible. I hired them because they promised to deliver in three days as they advertise. That never happened. It took them three weeks, I only have one bath so I needed to go to my niece's place (20 miles away), thought that was too far, I ended up taking showers in the garage. I paid another company to fix my toilet bowl because after they added the new wall, the toilet needs to be moved. I was never given any credit for paying another $1000 to have my toilet moved. Paid them in full, $14,000 for a very lousy job, and this is only the shower and the wall, no new counter top, no new toilet. Very good with marketing but not with delivery. I will never recommend them. Be careful what they promise you for. They have subcontractors who do the job and will tell you they are just doing as told and of course, for how much they were paid for. They promised three-day delivery only to be told by the subcontractors that it is not possible because the layout was not the standard three-day work. WTH? Made me cry. It is sad that I have to see this everyday and regret it everyday. Fourteen thousand, I am embarrassed to let my family and friends know that I paid too much for such an experience.

They REALLY overcharge you for what they do. I will take the blame for this as I should have sought more offers. They don’t even paint. The shower size I paid for was not the size they installed. I had to hire 2 more services to complete my bathroom.

The guy who came out to do the estimate and measuring apparently messed up because he ordered the wrong stuff. They had to re-order a bunch of stuff and it took twice as long to get it. Then it still wasn't right after installation so they had to do a bunch of extra "custom" work to keep the water from leaking out all over the floor. They finally did make it all right and it works fine now, but the bathroom was out of service for over two months until they were finished. During the process, I had to keep following up with them to try to get resolution. I feel that their communications could improve a little bit as well.
