+ 0 moreWe removed some of the old flooring ourselves then the contractor did what was left. They did so without complaining.
Description of Work: The contractor removed the old hardwood flooring and laid down new Brazilian Redwood flooring covering about 1000 square feet. The work was done in about 1 week.

+ 0 moreI had such a great experience with Nikzad when I first purchased my floors that I called them to repair it. Ryan came and gave me an estimate within 24 hours. Once I dealt with my insurance company, Nikzad dropped off the floors so they could acclimate. They said they would be there at 8:30 and came at 8:30 on the dot. I left town again and scheduled them for the Wed I came back. Once again they were scheduled at 8:30 and showed up at 8:30. Ryan, Carlos and their crew did a beautiful job on the floors. It was a rainy day so the adhesive took longer to dry than normal. Ryan called me and let me know that they couldn't finish that day. They arrived first thing the next morning, finished and everything was immaculate when I returned home. Afterwards Ryan called and said that they I had 1/2 box of bamboo left over and that if I wanted it they would be happy to deliver it to me. Ryan, Carlos and the Nikzad team, are hardworking, polite, responsible, honest and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They had initially installed my bamboo floors. Due to a air conditioning leak while I was out of town, there was extensive water damage. I needed to have a huge chunk of flooring replaced.

+ -1 moreTHERE WERE A LOT OF SCRATCHES AND SOME HOLES IN THE GROUND AND BUGS WERE GETTING IN AND THEY FIXED THE SCRATCHES AND THEY CLOGGED THE HOLES SO THEY CANT GET IN.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE HARDWOOD FLOORING IN THE KITCHEN OF OUR HOUSE AND THE NEIGHBORS.
