+ -1 moreThis is a bait and switch company. Sign you up at one price then raise it a few months down the road. This happened multiple times then when I called they would lower back down only to raise again in a few months. When I finally had enough and canceled the demanded it in writing so they could charge me longer. Then they were not honest and charged me far more past the the 30 days notice provided for in contract. This is very dishonest company. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER HIRE THEM OR USE THEIR SERVICES.

+ -1 moreOur current alarm monitoring company is Monitronics. They were here around November of 2015. They don't provide a private patrol dispatch. That's the only reason we're considering switching. Our municipality has a verified response protocol. They won't dispatch the police until they can verify there is actually a burglary in process. If they don't have that it's not very helpful to us.
Description of Work: They are our alarm monitoring company.
