The original service was $100.00, but I ended up doing some other stuff. They got out there when they said they would. They responded quickly, it was sort of an emergency, they responded quickly. They were good. They had to get the guy out with the camera and stuff and they got him out here the next day. They were trying to get him out the same day and they couldn't. I got no complaints with them.

Arrived as scheduled, performed rooting service, TV inspection of lateral. Attempted up-selling of high pressure jetting. Work declined. Payment of $99 for rooting service.

Responsive and professional. The video of our drains they provided was nice and showed before and after. The only downside was that a drain "snaking" turned into a higher cost item but on the bright side we'd been living with slow drains for 10 years so it was nice to finally get it fixed.

The guy wanted to charge me $600 for installing a new toilet that I had already bought, $900 for fixing the toilet I had and $1370 for replacing the toilet with the one in his truck the same day. The prices were astronomical. I asked to see the toilet he would install. He showed it to me but when I did not go forward he tried to charge me $50 re-stocking fee for having shown me the toilet. He was terrible. Basically he wanted to charge us $1800, to hydro-jet a line instead of roto-rooting, he told us that no way it could be roto-rooted. He had 20 years of experience and he was a manager or a supervisor and that he knew what he was talking about and there was no way it could be roto-rooted. We did not trust him, we felt skeptical and we thanked him and sent him on his way. We called somebody else and that person charged us $140 for the roto-rooter line. He was punctual. I don't believe the whole company is bad; I just believe that one person was bad. We called them before and they sent over somebody from their sister company and they were fine.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday morning. After calling several companies, Mike Diamond responded that they would be able to come to the house; we were quoted a price of $120.00 plus any additional charge for removing and replacing the toilet. My husband explained the problem in detail as we have had this same problem 3 years ago. A plumber came out and informed us that he did not have the appropriate equipment on his truck. We called the office again and they told us that they would send out another plumber who had the equipment on his truck within the hour. When the new plumber came out he had the correct equipment but informed us that the additional charges would be $750.00! He was serious and when we called the office back to complain the plumber walked out without a word. The office manager backed his plumber's additional charges and said that the $120.00 was just an estimate!we were in shock! We found The Drain Company who came out within the hour and charged us $90.00.

JOHN WAS PUNCTUAL. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL.
