 + -1 moreAs usual, the repair and upgrades were done very quickly and economically. I've been going to Manco for over a decade and have always had first class, fast service at far better prices than the Genius Bar. You cannot go wrong with these folks!!
Description of Work: My mom's computer power source blew out and I wanted to upgrade our MacBook.

 + -1 moreLes Manos is a very capable Macintosh service and sales person. If you buy your computer here he will provide many free services to keep it running. He is very cooperative and very helpful.
Description of Work: I buy and service all of my Macintosh equipment here. I had free consultation most recently.

 + -1 moreThis is the only company from whom I buy my laptops. I am happy being a semi-moron when it comes to the technical, knowing that I have them to call. They NEVER suggest I upgrade unless it's seriously time (including when my laptop was stolen from my office; they were fantastic with my insurance company) and refuse to charge me when I come in for help. It's part of their service when you buy. Great teachers, great personalities. Many customers I've see there are as longterm and as happy as I am; and the new customers I've seen probably will be.
Description of Work: I made a silly error that screwed up my entourage. They knew what I had done wrong before I got there (as is always the case) and fixed other issues/updates programs without my even asking.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE REALLY NICE. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION THEY CAN ANSWER IT. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE ONE TIME ON A HOLIDAY WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER. THEIR FACILITY IS NICE AND CLEAN, YOU CAN TELL THEY HAVE PRIDE IN THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT AND ARE THERE TO PLEASE.
