We are very happy with the service that LA Cleaning Experts provided. They were efficient, brought their own products and make our house sparkle. The website was user friendly and I would absolutely refer them to friends and family.

We had some issues on the first day (day before a holiday so understandable) but Jeannie has been very proactive and been making sure everything is up to par. She is also very understanding and willing to work with your budget and make any adjustments needed. The women who come to clean are also very nice and my kids love when they are here. Highly recommend!

We had family arriving in 3 days and our house had been neglected. I decided to try L.A. Cleaning Experts. The owner, Jeannie, was easy to work with. The 2 gals she sent were Madelin and Reina, and they were great! They had professional training and many years of combined experience. After assessing the house, they called Jeannie. They spoke to her, and Jeannie explained to me that the house needed a "deep cleaning", which is more time consuming. I authorized the amount, and they got right to work. They brought all of their own supplies. The main cleaning agent they use is a special, environmentally friendly solution that works amazingly well, and smells good. They were very thorough, and the results were amazing! We have a LOT of display-type stuff around, and they dusted and cleaned everything we asked them to. They finished on time and let us inspect. We gave them a nice tip and enjoyed our clean house! I highly recommend L.A. Cleaning Experts. We will definitely use them again!
