+ -1 moreHamlet appeared very professional, but it appears he was providing misinformation (I.e. that the leaky faucet could not be be replaced with the same faucet, and it would require taking out part of the wall to repair). This information was inconsistent with what the other plumbers informed me, and his estimate was more than double.
