KOKO'S LOCK & KEY

Overall the experience was good. I used them because my local hardware store (Virgil's) recommended them. They were pleasant enough to deal with and the price was as quoted.

I called Koko's and was given the pricing info: $70 for a house call and whatever the cost of the lock. She said she would return my call to tell me when they had someone available to come. Within a couple of hours, she called to tell me a repairman would come over within the next half hour. He showed up, I extended my hand and told him my name. He shook my hand but never told me his. He was gruff, not very friendly but he did what he was supposed to so I have no other complaints other than his attitude was that of a curmudgeon. He gave me the price plus $10 for opening the cabinet (something I didn't know). I was happy to pay it. He came prepared and did not leave any kind of mess.

Kokos answered my call immediately and was able to come over in one day. The locksmith was courtesy and fast w/o sacrificing quality. I wanted to have all of my outside locks rekeyed after moving into a new house. Kooks did a flawless job.

Work was performed promptly and the staff was very pleasant as well. Store is very clean and parking was easy! Definitely would go back and use their services again! They had a very extensive selection of lock sets and lock accessories as well.

THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND MADE COPIES. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY KEYS WERE MADE FAIRLY QUICK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID THE JOB AS FAST AS THEY COULD.

THEY CAME ON TIME AND WERE VERY POLITE. THEY ASKED US IF IT WAS OK TO BE ABLE TO FINISH BY THE NEXT DAY. WE SAID IT WAS ALRIGHT, BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN NEED AN EXTRA DAY, THEY FINISHED ON THE SAME DAY.

KOKO FROM KOKO'S LOCK & KEY CAME TO MY HOUSE WHEN MY LOCK DIDN'T WORK, AND HE OPEN MY DOOR FOR ME. HE IS REALLY A NICE PERSON, AND VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN.
