+ 1 moreHORRIBLE. The day Kodiak was supposed to start the job they called at 8a to tell us they made an error on their contract & the job would cost an additional $8k. We were devastated. We compromised on the quality of the deck composite & reduced the size of the project but Kodiak would not compromise. DO NOT HIRE KODIAK CONSTRUCTION!

+ -1 moreKodiak Construction was very responsive, professional and completed my backyard look with a quality stamped concrete patio. It’s gorgeous and has held up for 5 years now. No cracks either!! Plus was that the project was completed on time which does not seem the norm for most construction projects. I highly recommend this company.

During the project I was informed of everything going on ahead of time. In addition, I was very happy that they kept me involved and checked if everything I was expecting turned out properly and how I expected before they proceeded. The price was amazing, and I would definitely recommend to my close friends and family members. I couldn’t have asked for anything more than I received. I am so happy for their companies expansion to L.A.
