Janssen's is fabulous! We used them the 1st time about 5 years ago after we had our kitchen and bath remodeled. We had months of workers in dirty boots walking all over our light beige berber carpeting. We thought it was a goner and we'd need to replace it. We called Janssen's in a last ditch effort in hope they could be saved. They looked like NEW after the Janssen's men had worked their magic (and they STILL do with yearly maintenance). They are not the cheapest in town - but you get what you pay for. We tried a large chain once in a ploy to save money and immediately regretted it. What a waste of money! No comparison. We had to call in Janssen's a few months after them to do do the job correctly. We will never make that mistake again I HIGHLY recommend their carpet cleaning services and will not turn anywhere else if they continue in the manner we expect from them... CALL THEM.

Technician called ahead of their arrival and was very courteous. When he arrived he walked the entire job and explained what he was going to do. He also commented on special areas that needed a little extra care. The entire job took about two (2) hours to complete and he walked me around the area to make sure I was satisfied. He told me about their 10 -day warranty if I found any problems in the next week.

I'VE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. IT IS A VERY NICE FAMILY RUN BUSINESS. IT'S JUST A NICE COMPANY. YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, AND THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL SHOW UP. THEY MOVE THE FURNITURE AND PUT IT BACK. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL.

I THINK THEY'RE OK TO AVERAGE. THEY ARE COMPARABLE TO THE OTHERS AND I DON'T THINK THEY STAND OUT ABOVE THE OTHERS. IT MAY JUST BE THE PERSONALITY OF THE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T GO THE EXTRA MILE.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. THEY GAVE US SOME COUPONS FOR THE NEXT TIME WE CALLED THEM. THEY TRIED TO GIVE US A GOOD DEAL ON THE DOUBLE SERVICE BECAUSE THEY FIXED AND CLEANED THE UPHOLSTERY.
