The painters arrived on time! They were easy to talk with. They took an extra day to make sure everything was done right. They were amazing and went above what was required. I even locked my keys inside my car and they were able to help me with this!

The job could not have gone better from start to finish. He arrived and quoted me a price for the job on the same afternoon I contacted him. He accommodated my schedule (which was complicated because of two other jobs simultaneously underway at the same time. His crew arrived promptly on the start day and worked intensely and thoroughly. James' supervisor worked with us to match the existing colors on the house perfectly and discussed the details of the paint scheme (e.g. the color to use on the underside of the eves and on the rain gutters). The stucco repair was truly beautiful as was the whole paint job. The paint crew was responsive to my requests and took the time to attend to details (e.g. painting the mail box and address numbers that were attached to the wall. I could not have asked for a more calm, straight-forward and competent person to work with than James. I would recommend his services to my closest friend and would not hesitate for a moment to call upon him again if that were necessary.

James White and his sons are amazing. Not only were they so sweet, but they finished the work so quickly and efficiently. There was a small thing that needed to be repainted and they came back out right away to fix it, no questions, no hassle. I will always call them first!

I couldn't be happier with the service James and his team provided. James called a day early to see if they could begin prep sooner. They came that afternoon and power washed the entire house and started prepping the house for painting the next day. James arrived at roughly 7:30am the next day, walked through the scope again and confirmed the paint colors. Project was supposed to take 3 days but the team finished in 2 days! After working with flakey project managers and service providers throughout my remodel, James and his team were a breath of fresh air. I have already recommended him to my friends and neighbors!

Arrived early to prep. Started about 7- 7: 15 am. The crew was 6-7 men, some of whom had worked on the house when it was done 5 years ago. About 8 am James came by to confirm my color choices. The men began the sanding and repair work , having previously taped plastic over windows etc. Each seemed to have their own area of expertise with the foreman participating in and checking that everything was done well. The work was finished and all clean up was done by 3:45pm.

The estimate we received from Mr. White was well below the quotes we received from two(2) other painters. When we accepted his proposal, the work commenced immediately. Mr. White. came and did the power wash the next day after we signed the contract. The team, led by Roger Camareno, foreman, arrived the following day to commence with the prep. They took their time in prepping the wood as our house had not been painted in approximately 15-20 years. They were extremely neat and careful as not to damage the brick. The team was very respectful of our property and paid very close attention to detail. We were somewhat reluctant because the price on the contract was much lower than the other two bids, but once we met James White and felt his honesty, our fears disappeared and we knew we had made a good selection. We would highly recommend this company . The quality and workmanship was superior. We would use this company again.

This is an update from a previous review when I posted a concern. Once James saw I had an issue he came back a year later and went way above what he had to do to make me happy, in all fairness I should have contacted him sooner to let him know. James White painting is honest and dedicated and will do what you want for your painting needs.

I honestly can't remember the exact price. I only remember that it was worth every penny if not more. Mr. White power washed the house. The next day his crew arrived. They painted the house in one day and left my yard cleaner than they found it. They were polite and pleasant while at my home. Excellent job and excellent people. I highly reccommend this company.

The work was done in an organized way and it was finished on time. Excellent work. Very professional. I recommended this firm to some friends in Orange County and they were equally pleased. We will hire their services again when necessary.

I am beyond impressed with Jim White's service. Yes, he did a fantastic job painting my father's home but the SERVICE EXTRAS are what sets this business apart from the average painter. 1. He never took a dime for his work in advance. He insisted he be paid ONLY after the job was done. 2. The contract was for the house and garage. Period. Jim's crew also painted the wrought-iron fence across the driveway, the fireplace, the free-standing mailbox, and the white wooden fence that bordered the front lawn. Excuse me??? Who does something like that for NO EXTRA MONEY??? 3. A crew of 6 men arrived bright and early and were completely finished by 5pm the same day. In our neighborhood houses take 3-5 days to be painted. 4. Nothing sloppy left behind. No spatter, drips or spills. 5. Jim came by the next day to see if my father was satisfied. God bless you Jim. With these business practices you will always have lots of business. Thank you.

I wasn't entirely sure that he could paint the exterior of my home, but he really did a fantastic job. He actually fixed a long-standing problem by doing so, and my home looks beautiful! He knew exactly which type of paint to use that would actually bond to my Texcoat, which is no small task. He did a very, very fine job. They worked very quickly and efficiently, and the crew seemed very competent. Every time a contractor comes by to offer services, they always comment on how beautiful my home looks. However, they did a much sloppier job on the interior of my home. They worked very quickly, but they left a few places overlooked and plenty of small paint splatters throughout my home. They were good about coming back out and fixing anything I found, but it was not a very thorough job. In summation, I don't know that I could've done better on the exterior. The inside, however, could have been much better.

James painted my 2900 sq ft single story home in one day. His crew was polite, efficient, and very thorough. They cleaned up afterwards and put everything back. James put the four color samples that I requested on my house and helped me make a decision. His crew walked with us around the house after completion to make sure we were satisfied. We were pleased beyond our expectations with the price and quality of the job.

Easy to read proposal. Good price and excellent results. Mr. White and crew were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job protecting the plants around the house from damage. He matched the original color perfectly.

Overall, the project worked out and my house was painted and looks great. They were not very professional, though. They told me we'd sign a contract, but that didn't happen. Also, when they were done, the foreman was pressuring my wife to pay them immediately. I wanted a contract and to inspect the house before that happened. She tried to call me at work, and ended up paying them. When I came home, I check the house and there were places that were missed or the coverage was too light, so I called them. They did come back over the next few days and fixed all of the issues I had, but it was a lot of hassle that could have been avoided. I would suggest that they not just start painting without a contract and project start and end times communicated.

I never hired him and would not recommend him to anyone.

If you could call house painting delightful then this was our experience. Mr. White came by our neighborhood some months back and dropped off his card with a price quote. We did our shopping ... he was the BEST price. When phoned months later, Mr. White stopped by our home, then took us on a tour of all the houses he and his crew had painted. His team has completed numerous homes in our sub-division. Our house was prepped including powered washed (cleaned rain gutters), sanded (wood siding and trim),and patched. The challenge was color....what to choose? Mr. White’s lead painter was so helpful in color selection. Based on our roof color, selection was narrowed down to the perfect tones for our home. You know the job is good when you neighbors stop by and say WOW! We would recommend Mr. White and his team in a heartbeat … professional and extremely kind. BRAVO!

James came out and gave me a quote on painting my aging trim of $1800. This was way less than other quotes I'd gotten. He then offered to do the whole house and repair the stucco for another $1000 so I went for it. He came out himself and powerwashed the house on a Monday. His team of about 6 guys showed up on Wednesday and blew me away, what a well oiled machine. At 7 am on the dot one guy started covering the plants, another guy started digging a trench below the surface to get the stucco below the ground level, another guy started sanding the trim while another was right behind him priming it. They matched the color to my house exactly and believe it or not by 2:30 that afternoon my house and trim were painted and everything put back in place. They painted my whole house (1200 sg ft) in 5 hours and were gone without trace by the time my wife got home. So far so good, it hasn't rained yet so we'll see if it all washes off after the first rain Ha!

We decided to use this company because they did not require a deposit on the paint and included the paint as part of the flat price. The 8 person crew arrived at 7:00 a.m. and had the exterior painted in one day which included taking down and putting back up seven new awnings. We appreciated the owner's help in selecting new colors for the exterior. Our neighbor commented how hard the crew worked and were impressed they finished in one day. We were impressed the crew repaired a gutter we hadn't even requested be fixed. We decided to use the company for the interior of our house, again because of the quality of the exterior work, speed of completion, attention to detail and reasonable price. The carpenter on the crew expertly repaired a broken kitchen cupboard hinge. We were really pleased with the results especially the effect of the new color on old acoustic ceilings. We recommended this company to our next door neighbor who was also pleased with the results of her exterior painting.

3 years ago, another painting contractor took advantage of us and painted our house exterior. He did a horrible job, left paint everywhere. which then started to peel. Jim came to our door and proceeded to explain what needed to be done to repair the paint job. After checking him out here on Angie's List and in the BBB, we hired him on Friday. We picked a color scheme that he brought that would complement the roof color on Saturday and the painting crew arrived promptly just before 7am Monday morning. They worked incredibly well as a team and completed the job in one day!

We could not believe that our home was painted excellently all in one day!!!! The crew of approximately 5 men arrived at 7am as promised....in the early afternoon a second crew arrived and joined the others to completely finish painting our house and very large garage. We were able to pick from our preferred paint company, and the job went smoothly with absolutely no problems! We weren't asked to pay up-front for anything........when the job was completed we were pleasantly amazed! They even took extra precautions of my bird nest on my front porch! We could never have been happier!!!! I would highly recommend this company!!!!

We weren't happy with the painting of the door. They didn't remove the door handle. They were fine on everything else.

The initial prep work was done on 7/29/11 and the job was completed on 7/30/11. The crew of 7 was here on 7/30 from approx 7 AM to 5 PM. The exterior of the house was prepped, the stucco repaired where needed and the water damaged wooden french doors repaired. The paint I chose was purchased and applied. The job was very pleasantly and professionally completed. Mr white returned to pick up payment and to let me know the work was guaranteed and that I should cll if there were problems, I am very pleased with the job and would highly recommend this company. My house looks new again.
