James White Painting

I needed exterior of my front two units of a triplex I own painted. They are craftsman bungalos with shingle siding and needed a lot of prep. I ended up deciding to do a 3-tone paint scheme, which required more work. James was very nice and responsive and ended up sending his big crew. I was a little skeptical at first, because his quote was considerably lower than other quotes I've gotten. However, he described a very thorough job, so I went with him. His crew was originally postponed because of another job, but when rescheduled his crew was a punctual, well-oiled machine. These guys didn't mess around. They were very careful about communicating with me throughout the job, so no mistakes were made and they checked with me to make sure I was satisfied before they left. When I inspected and pointed out things I wanted done they took care of everything without question. I am definitely calling Jim for my next job. Thank you Jim!

James if very accommodating and flexible

Their work was really great, they came the day before, gave me their guidance and council. They recommended some colors, did a phenomenal job. clean up after themselves, very responsive and very professional.

Christian and his crew of 6 painted my 3800 square foot home in 2 days. Additionally, they accommodated my request to add an additive to the paint for insulation. They were professional and neat. They went beyond the agreement and painted other out buildings. The crew had a good attitude and worked well together.

Very well. The crew came in and in about 9.5 hrs. My house had its uplift in color. The crew is made up of about 8 men who in 2 visits power wash the house, replace rotted wood, patch stucco, prep ALL painted surfaces including metal/iron. They even painted the 2" metal flashing/couping metal that trims my roof. The 1 st visit is the washing of the house 1.5 hrs. 2nd visit all the work gets done. The come in at 7am and are gone by 4pm made it easy on all residents in the home, pets included. Crew is friendly and fast.

It went like clock work. The day before painting, the workers came and power washed the house. The day of painting they all arrived at 7:00 am, James and his foreman were pleasant, professional, easy to talk with and express concerns. The workers as well as James and Milo were courteous, they were able to finish in one day and left the house as if no one had ever been working here. I would recommend this company to my family and friends anytime.

He was great. The crew came to my house at 7am and my entire house was painted by the afternoon and it looks great. I relied on the reviews to make a decision for who to hire and I was not disappointed.

James was very nice when he came to give us an estimate, never pushy as some can be. His workmen were on-time, professional & nice guys :). The job was done in a timely manner without any hidden costs, exactly as promised!

James confirmed an appointment time of Saturday, 2/10/18 around 10am to stop by our house, assess our needs and provide a quote for services to be rendered. We waited until 11:30 am - James did not show up at the designated meeting time. As I write this review, it is 2pm on our scheduled appointment day - and I have heard nothing. As a small business owner, I understand that things happen. However the fact that James did not bother to reach out to explain his absence or reschedule is very unprofessional and discourteous. Needless to say, we will not be in contact with this business moving forward.

I got three bids and James's was the middle price. He arrived quickly to give me a quote, scheduled immediately a few days later when I made up my mind. His crew arrived very punctually (too early for my neighbors, but that's another story). I was amazed at how quickly they did the prep and painting - quoted me four days, painting only took two days (power wash was day before), with some touchups/finishes on day 3. And they did a great job! I had a couple quirky things that they easily folded into the job. The crew were all professional and courteous. There was small amount of painting on the ground at the base of the house (as I expected), but none on the patios/deck. They bent one screen in the process and when I pointed it out, they immediately got it replaced! They were fairly careful with the plants around the house as well. Also, I texted James a few times with various questions or requests, and he was very responsive and helpful. I really liked working with them and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

They are blazing fast and affordable. They were our lowest quote by a sizable amount, so we were skeptical, but they were recommended by a friend. It's a big crew so the project takes barely any time at all. They came to clean and prepare the surfaces a week before the painting, and when they arrived on our scheduled day, six to eight guys showed up and the work took one day. The next day one worker arrived and did touchups. In all they applied two coats, so I am still unsure about how long-lasting this will be compared to three coats, as other quoted painters recommended, so only time will tell. But our house looks terrific, for a great price and in no time at all!

He's done the outside of my house two or three times and I am extremely pleased. On the price A+. My house is small and still a very, very reasonable cost, if not an exceptional one. Originally this actually was a gentleman who came to my front door. I know the era we did use door to door people in years past, but I hadn't done that in years. I can't tell you exactly why I went with him the first time. I had repairs to be done on some wooden friend doors, the water had affected them. I had some stucco issues. They did all of that. They came out. He came out, and power washed the house. The next morning at seven, I had eight people here. They did the repairs. They painted the color of my choice and did everything. They were cleaned up and gone by four o'clock that day. There was never any mess left, the extra paint was left with me. So, I never had a problem, and that was the first time. He's done it maybe two times since then and it lasts.

White Painting with a crew of four performed an excellent job as was quoted to me by James White. The crew was very efficient. Worked well together. Were meticulous about the work and the clean-up.

This company was competitive in pricing, professional and prompt to schedule provided. Owners were professional pointing out all work that would be accomplished. Also very friendly and the 3 man crew that actually did the work were very good, thorough and responsive to any and all questions. I have recommended this company to 2 other people and would have them do work again at my home.

Last paint job didn't last long before we had peeling paint again. We emphasized to Mr. White how important it was that the house be thoroughly and correctly prepped so we wouldn't have same issue. He did not disappoint us.. Very professional, arrived at arranged time. Power washed one week prior to prep. Crew of 6 prepped, painted house in 2 days. Very happy & satisfied with this company.

I am beyond satisfied. James responded quickly and came out to help me decide which colors to go with, told me what they could do, came this morning with a team of 6 workers and they went to work! Started at 7:15am and finished just before 4:00pm.

It went very well. We got 2 crews who did the job in two days. They came back a couple of times for touch up of a few spots and because we changed our mind on a couple of accents. They also replaced some bad wood and a couple of things we hadn't thought of. They offered to paint the concrete foundation where it shows, caulked some gaps, painted our steel security door. James was very friendly and easy to work with. We received 3 bids for this job and decided to with James White as the best value for the money. We signed the contract on Tuesday and his crews were at work at 7 AM on Thursday. We had no hassles getting the crew back for touch up, etc. James did not ask for a down payment, nor progress payments. He waited until the job was completed.

The crew of Javier, Chris, Luis and umberto showed up each day as they said. were busy all the time, answered questions, very polite, did a great job in 4 days. Love it!
