+ -1 moreJames was super responsive. I received a follow-up call within minutes of sending the photos. While I didn't like Jame's diagnosis, he appeared to know what he was talking about and I will have to move on like a big (old) boy!
Description of Work: James just answered some questions I had based of photos I set him of some of my trees.

+ -1 moreJames was fantastic. I left him a voice mail and he called me back within minutes. I didn't know the type of tree we had so he had me send photos. He immediately knew what type of tree it was and with that was able to tell me how the roots are likely growing now and how they would grow in the years to come. We did this all over the phone and with photos saving time & money! James was super knowledgable, friendly & bent over backwards to answer my questions. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: The roots from a large tree in my yard were damaging my next door neighbor's concrete pathway and affecting his plumbing. My neighbor's solution was to cut the tree down but I was hoping to save the tree by cutting the roots on his side or buying him large containers of drano from Costco (kidding). I needed a certified Arborist to tell me what options we had and what the consequence of cutting the roots would be.
