Rob, the owner, is a great guy, oversees most of the work and is very detail-oriented. There was a miscommunication regarding the tile backing material, and he replaced all of it at his expense. He went over options in terms of pattern, tile size, grout, layout and was very accommodating and professional. His crew was experienced and willing to make adjustments as needed, since our home had some flooring issues that complicated the installation. I'd use them again if more tile work is under consideration.

The work was performed with attention to assuring an excellent outcome and, when needed, changes were made after discussion with us regarding our preferences. We are very pleased both with the installation experience and the outcome. This was a relatively large job with many different angles including hallways, dining area, living room and utility room. No problems were encountered. The crew was on time and stayed as late as needed to complete each stage.
