No way. Terrible work through my home warranty. Paid extra bc the home warranty only provided an "odd sized" disposal replacement so I paid $80 (infuriating) on top of the service fee and within 6mo the custom fitting I paid extra for fell apart. After 15 or so emails arguing with them I just gave up and have paid someone else who can put it together correctly. Leak under my sink now the entire time I have argued with them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Company referred through First American Home Warranty. Technician arrived, re-lit pilot light, wrote on repair invoice “tapped on water heater left side” and left! The following day, the pilot light was out again. Called warranty service and First Class Plumbing indicated to the warranty company that the unit required maintenance however could not state what “maintenance” was required. Stated they don’t do maintenance and refused to return to the house to do a proper diagnosis of the problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNDER QUALIFIED COMPANY. HIRE A COMPANY WHO KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING!

They are not honest.

Showed up on time. Cleared blockage. Used camera to show where line was broken although unable to determine exact location as the break was deep in the soil.

Since they are just near to me I thought I would give them a try because I see their trucks on the street all the time. My old water heater I could tell was beginning to go. The water would not even get hot when I turned the handles all the way. I also opened the shed and could see the rust , some slight leak and it had lasted over 12 years. Time for a new one. I called and set up a date to be installed. I had already done my homework and checked prices and which brand I wanted on the internet. Armand came with Vic on a Friday and it was done before I came home from work. Armand then came by later to explain everything they had done and how to keep it clean inside the enclosure. I can see that Armand takes great pride in his work and business. He is thorough in his quality of work and won't do a shoddy job .This is so you don't have to be calling again since something went wrong. My belief is to get all taken care of the first time around even if it might seem a little high in price to others. I want to sleep at night and not worry about cutting corners to save a little here and there. In the long run I stll find that you get what you pay for and these guys were great. Thanks for a nice job and the water is soooo HOT now! Wonderful!

I tried calling these people THREE times for an emergency leak in our plumbing I would have been happy to pay for...each time I got a very nice person that said "I WILL HAVE EDMUND GET RIGHT BACK TO YOU"... Three calls total and still no Edmund, no call, no plumber. So much for service quality

In order to find the drain, Vick climbed up piles of lumber and went through a tiny opening to a closed off section of the crawl space! After the inspection, he was able to do all the work from an outdoor access point but...wow...that was thoroughness at its best. He worked fast and quietly. I would have rated the service with straight As but the toilet issue was not completed to satisfaction. I will be calling them out again and may update my ratings.

I have used First Class Plumbing in the past and I have always been happy with their quick response and prices.

Made an appointment to fix the shower head in my master bath. The serviceman came and fixed the dripping.

Need for service was responded quicker than I could imagine. Problem was fixed quickly and professionally. I will definitely use them in the future.

Our utility sink would not drain for 5 days. This is the sink used to drain our washing machine, so this was a major issue. I called on Saturday morning and left a message. He called in about 15 minutes and told me the job would cost $85 unless there were complications, and that he would tell me the additional costs before proceeding. He was at my house within the hour and 15 minutes later the drain was clear. The clog had been 60 feet out into the pipe, so there was no way I could have cleared it myself. He was extremely neat and courteous. He also spent some time looking at other options for placement of my washing machine. He was very forthright in telling me that it could be expensive. He promised to get an estimate to me within the week.

Our kitchen drain was clogged. We called at 7:30 a.m. on a Monday morning (they have a toll free number, operators standing by) and a plumber was there by 11:30 that same day. The problem was fixed easily, and the plumber was pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. Cleaned up and all was done easily. We used them before to move a water heater and found them unbelievably professional.

They're always on time, get the job done quickly and clean up after themselves. We'll continue using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
