I recently hired an Electric Zone to replace an external outlet in my condo, and I was thoroughly impressed with their work. The electrician arrived on time, was professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They took the time to explain the process and ensured that the new outlet was installed and functioning correctly before leaving. The electrician was also very friendly and easy to work with, which made the experience stress-free. I would highly recommend this electrician to anyone in need of electrical services.

Excellent! Haik and his crew had the unfortunate task of correcting an illegal job done by another electrician. Haik and his crew immediately came to work on our condo. They were courteous, punctual, and very professional. The work was inspected, as required by law, with no citations. As a last minute request, they also upgraded 3 of our outlets and replaced a light switch without changing the amount to our original contract. Their quote was competitive and I felt good working with an honest company. What Haik said they would do was promptly, efficiently, and correctly accomplished. A definite gold star and will not hesitate in calling him if any electrical work needs to be done.

This company is excellent! Immediately answered phone call, showed up right on time and worked professionally. They really knew what they were doing. They used good products and worked cleanly. What impressed me most was that, as in most projects, a few hurdles showed up when making the instillation but they handled them with knowledge, fast and with no complaints.

Didn't show up at the appointed time to do an inspection and estimate. Did not return call to him later that day. Finally called a week later to set up another appointment.

Haik was punctual, informative and we would definitely hire again. Not only did he perform the work we hired him for, he came back and assisted us with some other minor problems and gave us tips (and supplies) on how to do some of the work on our own. The Electric Zone professionals were excellent. They were quick to respond, and ascertain that our problem was not dangerous. They diagnosed the cause of the flickering and were able to provide us with options. We chose to go with new fixtures and we are very pleased with the result. The antique wiring was a mess, all black wire with woven cover, and I gave up trying to make sense of what was in the box. They rang out the wires, installed the new switches, and left everything clean and tidy. Very professional, extremely responsive, hit the promised timeframe.

They did a superb job. I give them the highest possible recommendation. They arrived at my home within 2 hours of my initial phone conversation with them. They promptly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and arrived at 8am sharp the next morning to fix it. It was completely repaired in less than an hour. The charge was very appropriate, or even on the low end of the spectrum, for services rendered. We will definitely contact them again for all our electrical needs.

Haik was very honest and the work good. He gave me a good price because of Angie's list. I wanted to work with him on a Lutron lighting system and that is where I had some issues. He came a couple of times to assess what I needed but it was excessively expensive. I asked that he tell me how much and how large a "bridge" was and I did not hear back. I ended up going a different way after he had stopped communicating. Despite this, I would use him for regular electrical problems.

It was perfect. They were very pleasant, professional and courteous. They were very pleasure to work with.

I asked Haik if he would be able to add some outlets to my garage and while he said he was very busy and wouldn't be able that day, he said he would get back to me a few days later. He never ended up contacting me again, and when I asked him for a quote that day, he responded a week later telling me I should hire someone else in a rude manner. I was very courteous and polite to him, and he just became rude and unprofessional for no reason. It's not really a big deal to not respond even though he said he would but to rudely text me back a week later when I was just asking for a quote is very unprofessional.

Because we needed help quickly, the electrician made an appointment with me for the first thing the next morning. Electrician promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He even gave me a senior discount without my asking! Electrician was very polite and professional. Because I asked, he gave me a written estimate for another possible job before he left..

Called, booked, arrived (1 hour), work (1 hour). Problem solved and couldn't be happier

They responded quickly, came when they said they would come and did the work in a timely manner. I have my new working washer/drier and am very happy.

He did a good job. Effective. I like the way he works. Does what he says he'll do. Even cleans up after work.
