It went well. He had us test the circuit ( use the microwave) . He was pleasant. He left the work area neat. He refused payment of any kind. I definitely will call him the next time we have electrical problems.

These guys are really great! I'd read glowing reviews both here and on Angie's List, and they are well-deserved. I had some general wiring and electrical problems on an older house I bought a few months ago. I called Haik late one afternoon and he came out the very next day with a helper to thoroughly go over the problems and give me a free estimate. I also had several ceiling fans and a new light fixture I wanted installed. He and his helper came two days later (a Saturday morning, just two days later) because I live in Chatsworth and it's very hot by mid-day (and they were going to have to spend time in the attic). They had all the work done by mid-day (including replacing a dozen old power outlets that were so worn out that plugs kept falling out of them). They also had to get up on the roof and properly attach the power cable coming from the DWP pole to the roof (it was just tied my roof by a rope when I moved in!) I was shocked at how reasonable the final total was (we're talking WAY under one thousand here) considering how much time they spent at my house on both the estimate day and on the actual work day, and how much they got accomplished in such a short time. All work was done very professionally, and they were extremely diligent about cleaning up after themselves. They were also very nice guys. I will definitely be having them back to do more work (my obsolete breaker panel will need to be replaced in the near future).

They made everything look fairly easy did the repair fast never seemed in a rush looked eager to help us and make us happy. Great professionals know how to make their customers happy thank you for the help.

Haik is absolutely fantastic. Not only was he punctual, professional, & knowledgable, but his price was the best of the other bids. He even came out on a Saturday to do the work so I wouldn't have to endure an extremely hot weekend without power & air. This guy's great! Will be my go-to electrician from here on out.

We called Haik from Angie's List because his office was the closest to us of all the providers with the best reviews. He stopped by and quoted us on 2 jobs. The first was for track lighting on a wall, running the electrical cords inside the dry wall. He checked out our attic and quoted the job between $450 and $550 and we passed on that. But we hired him for the outside job on the light post. He came back another day and did the job. My wife and I admire Haik's expertise, energy and focus on doing a great job. We would definitely hire him again.

I can't say enough good things about Haik. He is a very hard working and conscientious guy. He bends over backward to make his customers happy, with excellent service even after the check has cleared. Here's my story: I contacted Haik to replace some existing recessed overhead lights with spotlights to illuminate some pictures I was going to put up. We ended up putting up all new recessed lights (not just the ones that would be aiming at the art) so that all the lights would match, and so I would have all low-wattage LED lighting. Unfortunately, when the work was complete, I wasn't happy with how they lit up my pictures or how they made my room look at night. But when Haik found out that I was unhappy with the result, he came RIGHT OVER and installed a different kind of LED light with a warmer hue and a more direct aim to the pictures, and now everything looks fantastic. I should also mention that Haik identified and fixed a very dangerous fire hazard left by a previous contractor, and I am very grateful for that. I give this contractor my highest recommendation.

He replaced the "ungrounded" outlets and I'm satisfied with the work that he has done.

The vendor brought another worker and wanted to charge me for the additional person. I felt it was a one-person job and refused the additional labor. He also complained that he had to travel so far (about 25 miles) in traffic. He blamed Angie's List for not paying attention to the radius of service. Otherwise, the installation is fine.

lHaik first replaced a defective light in an outside storage closet off my balcony and from there added an electrical outlet through the back wall into the living room. He used an LED Cloud Light without a bulb (safety issue in closets). It was a great light. That made me realize an LED light would be a perfect solution for the light in my 14 ft stairwell. (I am 76 and am never climbing a ladder to replace a bulb there.) So I called him again and he installed an even brighter LED light in the stairwell. This was a perfect solution. Great communication, good coordination with my schedule, quick, professional work when he arrived. I would definitely use him again.

I called Haik Zohrabian because the tenant at our rental property had reported "some smoke and a burnt smell" coming from an entryway light fixture. When I called, I expected to have to set an appointment, but Haik said that he was just on his way back to our area and he could make the service call very quickly. We met him at the rental and he looked at the fixture and said that it appeared to be just an accumulation of 'dust and dead bugs in the fixture.' He vacuumed it out and then checked the fixture, its switch and its function and said that it now appeared to be just fine. No problem. Then, he noticed that another switch (right next to the first one) was operating erratically. We hadn't been aware of this as a problem, but once he pointed it out it was obvious he was correct. He changed out the switch and that now operates perfectly. He started to leave, and I stopped him...and said, "wait a minute, what do I owe you." To which he responded "nothing, it was very minor." What an overall surprise. He was prompt, professional, courteous...and ON TOP OF THAT, he didn't even charge me. I know that this is an exception, but I will certainly use him for any electrical problem that we have in the future and recommend him to anyone in the greater Glendale, CA area.

Hail was great! He showed up right on time with his team. He walked our property with us and discussed all options and obstacles. They did the job quickly and very neatly too... They even took their shoes off every time they entered our house :-)

Haik called to confirm, showed up on time, did a fantastic job quickly, cleaned up, was polite and the job couldn't have been better! I'd give him an A+ if I could and will have the Electric Zone back for more work soon.

It went very well. I called him, we scheduled the work. He showed up on time, behaved professionally and performed the work to my complete satisfaction.

As soon as he heard it was for the kitchen, he said "Oh, Ma'am, you can't go without lights in your kitchen." He even came the next day after he finished up his other contracts. He said he was in another part of L.A. today, and couldn't be there until 7, but that if I wanted him to stop by then he would be happy to. So this guy showed up, while his wife was home with dinner, and tried to get my kitchen lights working for me! It was complicated for him, too. He got them going, and we had some problems and they didn't work right, but he came back again to get it fixed. I had him change out all the lights in the ceiling, which were a bunch of L.E.D. lights, and he showed me one that he had on his truck, that was new, more energy efficient, looked better and was more up to date than the fixtures that I had. I had him change out a dozen of the light fixtures that were in the house. I love what he did! My daughter in law, who is an interior designer, loves what he did. My kids and friends said "Wow, your kitchen looks so different, and the light quality is different. Those are really fantastic!" He was just great. He came back, and he would not rest until every single one of those light fixtures was working properly. He was professional, absolutely clean, and did not leave a speck of anything, anywhere.

Haik and his co-worker were very professional and detail oriented. I'd use them again. It took parts of two days to complete the work. The pricing seemed fair and Haik was very clear on our initial walk through about the pricing.

Haik was courteous, professional, and honest. He thoroughly explained what he saw and how he would fix it. He was great and I will call him first for any future electrical work.

They were very efficient. The work was done nicely and quickly. I have plaster walls and it was more difficult to cut in to than drywall and also tends to be more messy. They cleaned as they went causing minimal mess and dust. Haik and his workers are very nice people. I would definitely use them in the future. I had a doorbell problem and switch issue in the back of my garage. Haik took a quick look at fixed both problems free of charge. That was a nice surprise. I called around and got a few estimates. But I went with Electric Zone based on the reviews on Angie's list. And I am glad I did. Thank you again, Haik and crew!

I found Haik through Angie's List and couldn't be happier with the work that he's done. He installed an outdoor security light for me as well as two bathroom fans. During our initial consultation, he without hesitation went up into our very narrow attic, climbing through tight crawlspaces to find out the extent of the work that needed to be done. My wife and I were impressed with Haik's enthusiasm and work ethic. On the day of the appointment, he showed up on time with his crew and did a great job with the installation and clean up. He took great care in laying down mats throughout our house so as not to make a mess and also cleaned up after himself when he was done. He went so far as to borrow our vacuum cleaner to make sure things were spotless! He also found a problem with the wiring in one of our rooms that a previous owner had neglected. Haik knows his stuff and has a very honest and direct way of communicating. My wife and I really appreciate that and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for anyone needing electrical work.

Haik was great, on a weekday evening he stopped by the house I just bought and checked out several of the potential issues my inspector had flagged. We decided which ones needed to be addressed, and scheduled a time for the work to be done. He and his crew were prompt and did the work efficiently. They fixed a bunch of wiring problems inside the sub-panel and between the sub-panel and main panel, including some problems that hadn't been evident in the initial inspection. They also removed an unsafe outdoor outlet we didn't want, and created a thorough list of what is powered by each of the circuits in the main panel and sub-panel. Was very pleased with the work, look forward to hiring him again soon.

This was my second time using electric zone. Haik was on time and professional. It's obvious that he is very skilled and knows what he is doing. The work was finished fast. He also charged less than quoted. I am extremely satisfied with his work and would definitely use him in the future.

This is the second time we worked with Haik. He is simply the most responsible electrician we met so far. After doing some work, he was so gracious and even mentioned that we don't have to pay because he didn't find any issues. We insisted on paying as the three men worked hard in helping us. We just scheduled our third appointment for our family member. We would only trust Haik for electrical work in our homes.

Haik and his 2 employees showed up at 9:00 am as planned, the crew was well mannered and courteous. They were in and out in four hours, having completed all the work that was planned for the previously agreed price, despite the fact that some problems were encountered due to old and brittle wiring. Haik worked out a solution at no extra cost for us. Trash was removed, the house was left clean and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by Electric Zone and the improvement in out kitchen lighting. We would definitely use them again and recommend this company
