Description of Work: His bid seemed rather high when we were looking into mounting a plasma TV, thinks it would have to be connected as a result. His personality was harsh. I'm a people person so I wouldn't go back to his personality. He did install track lighting but one of the lights is not working right.

I just wanted to clarify the situation with Mr. {Member's name removed}. Mr. {Member's name removed} lives in a building with a security personnel. When we went there for our appointment we were told by the security that they don’t have a permission from Mr. {Member's name removed} to let us in. When the security called Mr. {Member's name removed} he didn’t answer to his phone and we left after waiting for two hours. Mr. {Member's name removed} called us later and apologized and we rescheduled the work. The second time was the same situation where we had no permission to go to Mr. {Member's name removed} unit and after no response from Mr. {Member's name removed} we left again. Four days later Mr.{Member's name removed} called us and let us know that he lost his phone and he stated that it would be best if we leave the fixture with the security and he will install himself. Therefore we left the fixture with the security as we were directed to do so.

Description of Work: I had an outlet put in through Angie's list which he did an incredible job and then asked for additional service when he was here which he could have done with a short cut like the previous owner had done but instead went above and beyond to do a perfect job!

Description of Work: Two hours of electrical services. They fixed a few basic problems around the house. A faulty outlet, a broken wire on a lamp and I think a problem with a ceiling lamp. Nothing difficult. Something that maybe a layperson could fix, but it was nice to have the assurance of a real electrician handling it for us. They were prompt and polite.
