He arrived on time, was professional, and did an excellent job. I had to pay extra for the parts for all elements, which I expected. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer.

Do not remember date. Came when they said they would. Cordial. Seemed too expensive. I should have asked if they had a senior rate.

After calling 3 electricians - 2 of whom were too busy to take on my project and 1 who booked an appointment and never showed up - I took a chance with Electric Zone. I purchased a 2 hour prepaid coupon, and called to make an appointment. Haik was very responsive and reserved an appointment time that worked with my schedule. He called the day before to reconfirm the appointment and showed up exactly on time. He worked very quickly, clearly trying to get as much done in the 2 hours as possible. There was a little trouble installing the bathroom fan, due to a previous remodel job and a switch that was installed improperly. Haik kept me informed throughout the project of what he was doing. Cutting drywall and plaster was quite messy, but Haik covered everything and did a wonderful clean up job when he was finished. He was very respectful of all my personal items and either removed them himself or asked me to move them. For the track lighting repair, he was upfront that he did not have the material to fix it, but at my request, took it apart and determined that the problem was a blown transformer and helped me find a replacement online. The project ended up taking an additional 1 hour over the 2 I had already paid for, for which he charged $100 - a fair amount in my opinion. I have only good things to say about Haik and will call him soon for another project I am planning. I hope he is available at that time!

He was very thorough and good! His price was reasonable and he was very professional. However, he is primarily an electrician and I may end up looking for someone who can do more than that.

I purchased my Big Deal on Saturday and received an e-mail within an hour. I called and made my appointment on Monday for the next day. Hake arrived right on time and ready to work. I was unaware that he would be bringing a helper with him and that made the Big Deal for one hour. The jobs I had would have taken one hour with two peoople, but there was a glitch with the patio light. The new type of fixture didn't fit in the old location, so Hake, using supplies from his truck made a new junction box and installed the light. That took some extra time, which I gladly paid for along with the materials. The Big Deal was for 79 dollars and the extra charge was 125 dollars. Hake was polite, cleaned up when he was done, professional, and helpful to modify the light that wouldn't fit. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I were so happy with Haik's work. The first time we contacted Haik was back in January. We needed an electrician quickly because we needed to have some electrical wires rerun since we were installing a new patio door and the installers were coming the next day! He came out the same day we called and gave a fair quote (especially considering we needed the work done the next day). The next day, we ran into some issues (our fault) regarding the city permits. Haik could have easily walked away but he stayed until the work was done! Despite some hiccups with the city permits (again not Haik's fault, it was our fault) he showed no frustration. He worked through them all and got our patio door install back on track! Haik is very professional, punctual, and fair. He left the site clean and neat. Later, we decided to install some additional lights on the exterior wall on opposite sides of the patio door. We scheduled him to come back last week and again, clean, detailed professional work. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that needed a good electrician.

Haik was awesome. Not only did he add the boxes, one of which was tricky because it involved drilling through a sandstone facade, but he took the time to relocate my sprinkler timer so that it would be next to the outlet. He didn't rush the time, staying 30 minutes over the 2 hour "big deal", and he was busy! No dawdling. Just proceeded to do a great job. Materials cost was fair, and I'm glad I didn't bring my own, because I would have probably chosen the wrong stuff. Very, very happy with the install. Thanks, Haik!

Called electric zone for possible work on installing recessed lights in two closets. They were punctual at returning calls and discussing, however, we did not reach a meeting of the minds and I did not use them.

I messaged them at 5:30am on a Sunday with an emergency, and Haik was here by 6:30. Now that's service. He was professional and efficient and didn't charge me too much since I was close by. Will definitely use him again!

It did not turn out. They came out and they didn’t have a permit so the work was not completed. They estimated that the work would be more than the $89 Big Deal and I didn’t want that. The issue was that he wasn’t prepared for the job and they didn’t perform the Big Deal.

It turned out fine. He showed up on time and did the work. Everything is fine and working.

Haik was very professional when he called to setup the appointment. He referred to my by my first name the entire time he was working. Was very clean and extremely efficient with his time. I was very satisfied with his work that I hired him to come back and install some LED lights in the kitchen and living room.

I had previous hired Electric Zone on a Angie's List special and Haik came out to hang a chandelier for me. He was extremely professional from calling to setup the install appointment to cleaning up after he had completed the work. I hired him to change out the existing recessed lighting to LED lights. He was very informative as to the difference between the old lighting system and the new LED system. Very punctual and again extremely clean. I will use Electric Zone for all of my future electrical needs!

When Haik first came he seemed quite serious. After a few hours working together, he is a actulaly friendly professional who really takes his craft seriously. He was genuinely concerned about the short circuit of the kitchen and checked everywhere in the house for 4 hours, and he actually didn't charge anything extra even though the "big deal" I paid was only for 2 hours. He also gave us suggestions on bedroom smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and kitchen. We scheduled immediately for another day and now we are safe with all 5 detectors. He and his crew were very clean, they took of shoes, and also caught and dispose all the trash outside in the trash bin!!! I would definitely use him again. Great Job!

Everything went really smoothly. I supplied the material and Haik worked with my about his suggestions about how things should be wired up or which things he would do differently. Both he and his worker were really professional and did a great job.

Was very meticulous, not a spot of dust when he was done and things worked perfectly. Took longer than the two hour coupon but he was very fair in charging for the extra time. Great job.

I had two ceiling fans that were not working. He figured out that a part was broken in the fan which only took 20 minutes. He worked with me and went on another job while I got the parts and came back later that night to fix the fans. They were great to work with. I am totally happy with the service.

It has been very good, I’m satisfied with it. I used them because of the deal. The price was very good. The price was twice over what the Big Deal was.
