I left several messages for this company but never got a reply.

Super! He arrived promptly; he diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator in about 5 seconds and immediately fixed it. I was speechless; when I recovered, I said, "As long as you're here . . ." and set him to my ancient Wedgewood stove. He fixed a stuck valve on one burner -- again, in about 5 minutes. Larry is knowledgeable, personable, thoroughly professional, and, as a bonus, knows a lot about backyard birds!

The repair guy was really nice and felt trustworthy, the kind of guy you want in your house. He did a thorough inspection of the washer/dryer system and did his best to fix our problem, although mostly it's just a factor of the unit's position in our house, which is not something we can change right now. I will definitely use him again, just because I feel confident that he's a good person and a qualified technician who's not going to take us for a ride.

Larry returned our call within hours and appeared the following day. He was was on time and very gracious, pleasant to be around. He seemed to quickly identify the problem, went right to it, worked efficiently, had the needed part on the truck, cleaned up after. Seemed like he was here about two hours, and the cost of the replacement part was included in the total cost. Would not hesitate a moment to recommend him. Very good experience all around.

Called and made an appointment with Larry. He came out on time and inspected, repaired what he could. Got at least half the stove-top working for the tenant. Cleaned up and said he would order part. Called back in 2 days and we set up another appointment. Again, arrived on time, got the part installed, checked all the burners and made adjustments. Cleaned up. The tenants are happy, I am happy. I would highly recommend him.

Larry showed up exactly when scheduled. He looked at the job and quickly determined the part that needed to be replaced. He checked his truck for the part but unfortunately, did not have it with him. This was late on a Friday afternoon. He said he could get the part the next morning, then come over and install it ON A SATURDAY!! I was so desperate to have my washer back I didn't ask for a price. The next morning he was scheduled to come at 11am. He showed up at two minutes of 11, installed the part and was finished by 11:15. When he told me the entire thing would cost $70.00 I nearly fell over. Larry could not have been nicer or more efficient. He said he plans to retire in the next year or so -- meantime, you can't do better than this wonderful guy!

We were very pleased with the work completed. The repairman arrived at the promised time. He was courteous and fast. The entire transaction was completed in under an hour. Thank you.

Larry is a very professional and honest person. I had a very good experience with him. Too bad he doesn't do pluming. :-(

Our dryer would shake violently and loudly. I called Larry at Eagle and he came out as scheduled. As soon as he heard the noise he seemed to have an idea about what was the problem. He opened the unit and quickly found that the exhaust blower was clogged with a used fabric softener sheet and accumulated lint. He cleaned the blower. He also removed the drum to check the rest of the unit to make sure there were no other problems and to fully clean the unit. His charge was very fair. Twenty-eight dollars for the service call plus $10 for labor. Larry is very professional. I will contact him again if I have any large appliance problems. I recommend him highly.

Mr. Ross does not work on circuit boards as a rule. He took pity on me and agreed to help me at least try to figure out how to remove the top of the range since it has sealed burners. I ordered the part I thought needed replacing, and he came back to install it, even though he doesn't usually tackle this kind of problem.

I have to say "Wow what a first class guy!" Even though he didn't service my area, he answered my questions and gave me an idea of what my problem was and how much it should cost. I thought I had two problems with the washer and he pretty much said it might only be one. Honesty like that doesn't exist much in Los Angeles.

Over time 3 burners on my GE Spectra XL44 gas stove would spark, but not light. Finally tired of lighting them by hand. Found Eagle Appliance on Angie's List. Larry took my call and scheduled an appointment for two days after the call. He arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Within 30 minutes, after checking several possibilities, found small holes in the base of the burners were clogged. He showed me how to clean them, so I don't have to call him with the same problem. He also shaved down the contacts on the burner bases to help the electrical igniter. Larry was pleasant and persistent in finding the cause of the problem. He didn't complain about the manufacturer, my upkeep of the stove, or anything else. Overall, a very satisfying Angie's List experience. Thank you!

Larry arrived on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. He suggested just fixing the valve but we decided that upgrading to new valve would be better.

We had trouble connecting with each other but the workman did call me back at least once after the three calls I put in to him. I was really hoping the machine could be fixed, especially after pricing new D/Ws at Major Department Store, but I guess it's time to make the investment. The Eagle man was polite and seemed knowledgeable.

Larry was on time. Gave a correct estimate. Was friendly and helpful. He did a fantastic job. Would hire him for all my appliance repair needs.

Larry diagnosed the problem correctly, fixed it and arrived on time to perform the work. I couldn't be more pleased. He was about half the price that Sears Repair quoted. Plus he made an appointment as opposed to giving a four-hour "window." I recommend him highly. P.S. The washer is now working perfectly.

My refrigerator was leaking water all over the kitchen. It had apparently stopped cooling. Larry arrived right on time, and was courteous, clean and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what he thought was wrong, and replaced an actuator. My refrigerator now works perfectly. He even offered to buy the replacement part back and not charge me if my refrigerator failed again! I couldn't be more pleased with the repair or the price. I would call him again for any home appliance repair I might have in the future.

We set up a meeting on Saturday for an estimate. He showed up promptly, defrosted my refrigerator and informed me the heater inside the unit was broken. He temporarily fixed it for the week, while he waited for the part. He came back the next Saturday and fixed it. It works great!

I called at 9am and spoke with Larry. I told him my problem and he said he could be over by 11am. I was very surprised and pleased that a company would be out to see me so fast. Larry called at 11 to tell me he was running 30 minutes late which was fine. I was happy he called to inform me. Larry arrived at 11:30 and got down to business right away. He emptied my freezer and took off the panel and immediately diagnosed the problem. He pulled out a hair dryer and melted the ice, then poured hot water down the drain. He explained everything in detail and even showed my how to the do the work myself if this ever happened again. He fired the fridge back up, cleaned the fan, cleaned the floor and freezer and we were back in business. I was actually going to go buy a new fridge today but Larry saved me from having to do that. He was a nice guy, a real pro, and the best part was the price, only $44! This was a very positive experience for sure. Great service, great price, and a good guy too.

Jim showed up on time, he was very professional, and efficient. He cleaned out the evaporator drain and tried to fix the water dispenser but he was not able to. However, I was more than satisfied with the work. Because he couldn't repair the water dispenser he only charged me the labor for the drain, which was very reasonable. I will definitely call this company again should I have the need for an appliance repairman.

Larry was terrific, extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, informative, honest, diligent, punctual, and friendly. On his first visit, he quickly diagnosed the problem, and implemented a temporary fix, so that I could use my refrigerator/freezer for the rest of the day, until he came back the very next day with the new heating unit. He did not ask for payment until the second day, when the refrigerator was fixed, even though he had worked at least 2 hours on the first day. I cannot emphasize enough, how impressed I was with Larry and his company. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them very highly, especially to all my friends, without reservation.

I called Larry and he was able to help me the same day on my lunch break. He arrived on time and was very gracious and personable. He was very quick and thorough; he fixed my dryer in under an hour total. He was such a lovely person - very grandfatherly- that I felt great supporting his business. I would have paid much more for the level of service I received. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
