I've had trouble with the wiring in the office that was mis-diagnosed on several occasions by other parties . Gagik ,first of all ,he listened to my problem , then trouble shot the situation and it was as simple as a faulty cord to the printer. He even went above and made sure we had a scanner running and programed.

HAD TO COME BACK A COUPLE TIMES TO CORRECT THE SAME PROBLEM

Gagik had to return the following day to correct an unanticipated system glitch which he did promptly. It's an out of date phone system requiring some research on his part. Well done and thanks.
