Description of Work: I needed a new furnace and this company was absolutely the best from the moment they first stepped in my door. Checked out everything and gave a written estimate the next day. Gave me three options with what each would cost. I took the basic option and they went out of their way to provide the best set up for me. Did much extra and did not charge. The crew was very polite, clean and efficient. Did not once press for a deposit or payment of any sort until the job was completed. I was very pleased with the whole operation.

+ -1 moreA friend of mine recommended Matt McKee and I am nit sure if he is the owner. He came out and documented all the things that were wrong with the air-conditioning unit as installed and gave me the report and it was amazing. He also volunteered to go over to the previous company that did the installation and told them that we were going to the better business bureau and they came out and replaced everything for nothing. They also paid $500 to Matt McKee for the report that I would have had to pay.
Description of Work: We used Castle Heating And Air Conditioning 1.5 years ago and they replaced the whole unit.
