This contractor unexpectedly cancelled our contract on the day work was to start. In my opinion, Arin Dolatian, the owner, displayed poor communication and organizational skills. He cancelled a number of meetings at the last minute, requiring delay and rescheduling as early as his initial appointment. Unfortunately, I didn’t recognize these incidents as the red flags they apparently were. While I'm somewhat disappointed, I'm also somewhat relieved. Take a look at the text of the email he sent me cancelling the project at the last minute: "I apologize but unfortunately I have to pass on the project since only today's delay somehow messed up my schedule although I mentioned delivery was today and start job on Friday and port kan can't deliver anything until end of next week and that's the only company I would like to use. Being said, my whole schedules will be messed up and it might take me months to adjust my schedule if I delay my jobs for a week. It would be easier for me to pass on the project rather than rescheduling many of my jobs. Good luck and thank you for understanding"
