The service went well for our first visit. The staff was nice and professional. They were also reasonable and knowledgeable about what was going on with my dog. They knew what options were available which match up with my research. They had a nice and clean facility. It was very easy to schedule an appointment with them. I did not have to wait long to be seen and they took the time necessary with the dog. I plan on taking my cat in as well.

They were actually NOT trying to get us to come in for something unnecessary. My dog isn't due for a rabies shot til next year and that's the only shot the state requires. I didn't even have to bring her in for an annual exam even unless I wanted to. My dog is being seen by some specialists for her eyes and for IBD so why would I need to spend money for something unnecessary. I will go to Best Care for sure if we need to.

He did 5 different things for that price. Very reasonable. He is very good a identifying the problem and treating it. He is very knowledgable. I travel farther than I need to see them.

I've used Best Care Pet Clinic in the past. Their lobby is not full of people when you go there, they respect your appointment time. They're really good about taking you and you always see the doctor, you don't ever see an assistant. He always sees the dogs and really pays good attention to the pets. Their pricing is very reasonable.

We've been using Dr. T*** for 10 years for our pets. His approach is no nonsense; not a ton of beside manner if that's what's important to you. His staff is knowledgeable and I can usually get an appointment for non-urgent needs within a couple days if not the same day. They always get me in same day if it's urgent. His rates are very reasonable.

The doctor is good. His price is reasonable. He is very knowledgeable. He is not very likely to recommend a lot of procedures if he does not think that is necessary. He is always very calm about everything.

They are excellent. If I have an emergency, I can go in there right away. They are very reasonable. This is the third vet that I have gone to and I really like him.

It went fine. Doctor is good with animals, assessed ear infection and prescribed good treatment for it. Staff friendly, too.

The best veterinarian experience ever for people as well their pets!! Dr. Tang is the only veterinarian who called on our pets welfare on Sundays. This man really cares!! I have never had an experience in professionalism and caring with any other vet, he is better than most people doctors!!

THEY ARE EXCELLENT, IT IS A GREAT PLACE. THEY ARE REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE PETS. THEY DO FOLLOW UP CALLS. WHEN MY ILL PETS HAVE BEEN THERE THEY CALL ME AND GIVE ME UPDATES ABOUT THEIR CONDITION AND THEIR PRICE IS VERY GOOD.
