+ -1 moreTHE WATER HEATER IS SATISFACTORY. THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY PROBLEMS SINCE INSTALLMENT.
Description of Work: A WATER HEATER WAS DYSFUNCTIONAL DUE TO OLD AGE. THEY INSTALLED THE HEATER AND ALSO INSTALLED A COVERING TO PROTECT THE HEATER. THE SERVICE INCLUDED A PAMPHLET EXPLAINING TUTORIALS ABOUT PROBLEMS.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS REALLY GOOD AT ITS JOB. I WOULD SAY THAT THE WORKERS ARE HARD WORKERS AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WOULD PROBABLY SAY THAT THE WORKER WHO CAME TO FIX IT WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND KNEW WHAT SUPPLIES TO USE.
Description of Work: THE WORKER WHO WENT TO MY HOUSE HAD CHECKED ALL OF THE SINKS AND FAUCET AND ALSO SHOWERS TO SEE IF THERE WAS HOT WATER WORKING. HE REALIZED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE HEATER, SO HE CHECKED ALL OF THE ELECTRICITY AND HOW MUCH WATER WAS FLOWING.
