Ash purification heating and air conditioning

We hired Ash to install two mini-split units into office sheds that we'd recently built. Shaun was very responsive and promptly came to take a look and give us an estimate. They then got the work scheduled quickly. The job was slightly complicated and involved installing one one-zone system and then running a line from an existing two-zone system condenser across our backyard to the shed's wall unit. The day of the installation, our neighborhood was hit by a sudden and unexpected torrential thunderstorm when they had about 2 hours to go. They would have been totally within their rights to go home and come back another day, but instead they camped out inside the shed while they waited for the storm to pass so that they could get it all done for us. The service was excellent, the price was right (we got several bids), and they did a fantastic job. We'd hire them again any time!

Shaun was really nice, kept the communication with us and was able to fix our HVAC unit in less thank an hour. I will definitely recommend him and I will be calling him back for his services when needed.

From beginning to end, everything was installed on the timeline provided, at the cost initially provided, and passed Burbank inspection upon first review. In addition, Sean provided and helped us complete all necessary forms (local, state, and federal) to receive tax rebates and credits, which significantly reduced the project cost. Sean was also extremely hands on at all times and kept us up to date on all aspects of the project. He and his staff were extremely professional and courteous and very respectful of our personal time and property.

Great, the tech Shaun came out and took care of me. He was very thorough and clear, he let me know of all my problems and the best course of action to fix those. I will definitely recommend him out to my friends and family!
