+ 0 moreThis company quoted $29.00 for a field estimate to repair an older refrigerator.They charged my elderly father who suffers from Alzheimers $65.00 He couldnt' remember what they had quoted me.Ross Galperin (owner/manager) refused to refund the overcharge, and he was very rude.I would not ever employ this company again.Note this company utilizes many diferent addresses, so as to avoid their well deserved bad reputation.ARC USA should be avoided, since all phone numbers and service addresses are operated by the same person (Ross Galperin).
Description of Work: Provide estimate for repair of refrigerator.
