+ -1 moreSam was punctual, called ahead to confirm his arrival. He is professional, courteous, amicable, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough, took his time to neatly remove the front panel of my Bosch dishwasher and checked all of the electrical connections. He identified a loose circuit and promptly repaired it. My husband and I were so very happy to have found a reliable person/company to assist us with our problem. We liked him so much we actually had him back for another issue. I cannot say enough how wonderful he is! We are VERY happy to recommend his services without hesitation.
Description of Work: Sam identified a problem with my Bosch dishwasher and repaired it.

+ -1 moreI later spoke to him on the phone asking for an explanation since my washer was working until I changed the temperature knob and it broke. A week ago, I used another repairman that was recommended by a friend & he showed me how to circumvent the broken knob and use my washer which I did do with great success!
Description of Work: I was absent, so provider told my roommate that the timer on my washer needed to be replaced at a cost of $378.

+ 0 moreOnce he arrived, he was kind and got right to work. I work from home, so I was focused on my work and he just got the job done. Our dryer was fixed within an hour and it runs like a champ. No more dryer monster eating our clothes. We had lost a few pieces and he also found about $1.50 in change. They also gave us a rebate and $5 back for being nice. I wanted to give them $20 for being so nice. It was such a pleasure and I could see he was proud of his service he was providing. I would recommend these guys any day!
Description of Work: WOW! I wish my dryer would break down every day. (Not really, but I'll explain) First, we called on the weekend and suggested Tuesday because we wanted to give them space to schedule. They ended up calling back to schedule earlier, ok awesome. 15-minutes before they were to arrive, we received a call saying they would be here soon.

+ 0 moreThe first time that Sam came to our home it was to check on our clothes washer, which stopped working on Labor Day. He arrived within a few hours on the holiday and was a friendly and personable service provider. But more importantly, he was wise about diagnosing the problem and (sadly) declaring the machine not worth repairing. This was such an ethical response, as another provider might have suggested a costly repair. The company gained our trust and we didn't hesitate to call this month when there was a problem with the oven. Again, he was punctual and ran the diagnostics on this digital oven. Luckily, in this case he was able to repair it by replacing a part. The oven is now working and we are very pleased to have received such good service and a happy outcome.
