+ -1 moreIt went very well. I called and they sent out the service men within a day. The unit was replaced within a week and it works perfectly. Other outfits I contacted would not deal with this old furnace - they just wanted to replace it with a whole new system. These folks did an excellent job.
Description of Work: They rebuilt our old floor furnace that was not working. They determined the problem and removed the unit. A week later they brought back the rebuilt unit with many new parts and installed it.

Description of Work: I asked Torres to repair wall furnace, Torres charged me $75.00 to inspect and advise, Torres told me the furnace would have to be taken to their shop and repaired at a cost $1,400. A new furnace would only cost $400 and I had another company come out and repair for only $129.00. This Torres company is unfit to deal with the public.

+ -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE CREW WAS VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE ALSO CLEAN, CONSIDERING THE WORK BEING DONE. THE COMPANY DID A FOLLOW UP. ALSO THE CREW CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
