+ -1 moreVery bad company, I think they are braking the law and were left alone. They like the bandits under the radar. First American send them, I have no option to choose what company to fix my trash compactor, microwave and stove. First, they told me they are ordering the parts. 3 weeks later, nothing...now they said they denied everything due to abusive use (really?), also saying to me I have to get a microwave professionally cleaned before they can order the board (I thought you said that you ordered it 3 WEEKS AGO!)...these peoples are just crooks.
Description of Work: Lube the trash compactor, dissemble the microwave (without putting it back again). Service fee $60.
