+ -1 moreRefrigerator was no longer running. Called first thing in the morning. The serviceman came quickly, diagnosed the problem and explained it thoroughly, then offered repair options. He made the repair, then helped me clean up and gave me tips to keep refrigerator running as efficiently as possible. Very professional.
Description of Work: He replaced an electric starter for the refrigerator motor.

+ 0 moreSeveral appliance repairmen declined to even look at my range when they heard what the problem was. I was referred to this shop by a well-rated on Angie's List appliance repair shop because they didn't feel comfortable working on electronics, but said that they used this shop to order parts for them. I left a message on the answering machine and had a return call in 2 days. He said that the entire module needed to be replaced and gave me the price for the replacement part. I put a deposit on the part and when they received he put it in immediately. There was a several day wait, but I think that was more a problem with UPS than anything with A & H.
