Communication was an issue. After initial estimate no calls were returned, and requests were ignored until payment was withheld. Quality of work appears fine and timing was as committed.

He's an honest guy and when I do need a new roof, he's who I'm going to call. He climbed on the roof and checked everything. He didn't see anything obvious that could cause a leak and the shingles looked fine and aren't spongy or anything. He said maybe the tiny spots on the ceiling were caused moisture from ventilation holes were maybe blocked, which can cause a little bit of condensation. He was just super. He's the first honest guy. The other guys that gave me an estimate made me think that roofers are swindlers or something. He's great. He was the first honest guy and he was on time. He gave me an honest opinion that it doesn't need anything right now. He could have told me anything because I don't know anything about roofs. He just told me to watch it and check on the ventilation holes.

Easy to deal and get the quote and the job started. Scheduled work around the rainy weather. Everything looks good and the jobsite was left clean

He did a good job and an excellent contractor. The clean up on the job was so precise that they practically went into landscaping. They did everything absolutely correct. He complied with everything whatever wish I had. He was more receptive in taking care of my problems. They are very good.

They were extremely busy and it took a few weeks for them to get around to our job. Once started they were fantastic. Great workmanship; quality work.

The owner came out and assessed our roof, and gave us an approximate starting date. He explained clearly the type of roof we would choose, and explained the procedure to us. It did rain a couple of days, and his crew secured the roof to avoid any leaking. The owner, Jeremy, answered all of our questions in relation to the type of roof we chose, (thermoplastic), and as to how it would be applied. The project was completed to our satisfaction, including some small details that we requested.
