Harvey was extremely thorough and conscientious.

Harvey was very professional in explaining and advising during the whole process of sub ternion termite treatment. The work was done professionally all on a single day.

Western Way was very accommodating and willing to negotiate. Their suncontractor, First Class Fumigation that does the actual tenting, showed up on time and got the job done when they said they would. Their clean up and care of the property around the perimeter, leaves a little to be desired. When the video indicates that any vegetation within 18" of your house may be harmed, it will be. And our satellite dish definitely had to be realigned afterwards. Good thing you only have to do this once!

Because I am out of the area, I depend on contractors and other workers to give me progress reports. Some call on a regular basis, some email, some take pictures. This company did nothing. They charge you for inspection which other termite companies do not. I guess to be fair, they do refund the inspection fee IF you go with their company. Their written inspection was thorough, but don't expect a thorough written inspection of what they actually did. The only reason I went with them is they also treat mold-if I am to believe them (and I am not sure they did the job), they did the job. Now that I've paid for their service, if there are termites during the warranty period, you better believe I am getting my moneys worth and have them go to the house ASAP. There was a fee dispute, which was handled-so that was nice. The company is probably fine if you can keep your eyes on them, but I don't recommend them for a long distance job (like renting) and unless you are concerned about mold etc, I would go with a termite service that provides the inspection for free.
