+ -1 moreThe best part is they were very thorough and looking at everything to see what could be done. The worst part is probably not their fault I have an elderly furnace and it was difficult for them to be able to find parts, I can't really blame them for that. They seemed to understand furnaces, they looked at everything the were able to. It's under the house on a steep slope this is not an easy house to do anything, you can slide right down to the canyon. And I was down there with them and they were willing and able to show me things and what they did and explained it in a way that I actually understood which is pretty good.
Description of Work: I use Super Air Heating & Cooling for heating and A/C services.
