 + 2 moreSteve was a pleasure to work with! On both projects, Steve arrived exactly at the time he said he would.The first project took place in two parts, due to having to coordinate with other workers. On the 2nd project, he gave me an estimate of approximately a day, but then when the wiring issues came up, he came back the following day, both days with helpers, and completed the work. He was careful to discuss with me what he found and to ask specific questions about what I wanted done. He did excellent work both times He cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I felt that I got more than my money's worth and Steve would be the first person I would ask to do any electrical work or other handyman work that I needed.
Description of Work: As part of garage remodel, including installation of a laundry area, Steve ran all the wiring and installed lighting for the main garage area and an outside light, added a new circuit for the water heater, and ran all of the electrical for the laundry area. In addition he installed wall cabinets in the laundry area and some of the baseboard in the garage. More recently, in October 2011, in preparation for reroofing my house, Steve came and took down a large wooden deck from the roof area, and an overhang from the side of the house. In the process, we discovered that the wiring that runs over the roof (it's an Eichler, so not uncommon) needed to be relocated. He checked the codes to make sure we were incompliance and moved the wiring out of the way, making sure that the roofers would be able to do their work without wiring being in the way. This 2nd project cost approximately $500.

 + -1 moreEverything was done quickly, courteously and with perfection. When Steve and Joey left, everything was in better condition than when they got here. They are an awesome team!
Description of Work: Today, Steve Valverde came out to do a number of electrical projects: Replace an old dryer vent, replace a broken furnace, replace a broken ceiling light fixture, and install CO detectors in the bedrooms. Once again, I was pleased with the prompt arrival and friendliness and professionalism of Steve and Joey.

 + 4 moreToday they repaired/replaced my hall light which had burnt out at the source, and repaired a fan that had broken as well as a light switch. They arrived promptly as promised, are SUPER-friendly and helpful.
