I had a bad experience with him. He is not reliable and I would not go to him again. They did not finish the job and I gave up on him. Their some details he needed to finish and he kept saying he will come back like 3 times. The left the window hacked out on the corner.

If you want a hassle free experience, go somewhere else. My wife and I just wanted to have a cracked front window pane replaced. It took multiple missed appointments, unreturned phone calls and multiple follow-ups for me to finally get this simple piece of work done. If you want a cheap price and have time and patience to deal with unreturned phone calls and missed appointments you should use these guys, if you want a hassle-free experience, go somewhere else. You get what you pay for. I personally found them very unprofessional. I had literally hound them multiple times to come out and do this work but I did get a good price.

We were very pleased with the results and felt the pricing was competitive and provided great value. We found working with Joe Doyle and their team to be a pleasant experience as they were very professional and competent in the work performed.

In every way I can think, our experience was A+. Initial contact, answering of questions, prompt attention to detail, cleaning up their messes before leaving.

South Valley Windows is great! We tried to do our own patio doors and large picture window. Needless to say it was a larger project than we had planned. We called Joe at South Valley and he came over to help finish the install and didn't charge us very much at all. He also hooked us up with his stucco guy so we could finish the project. When it came time to do the windows in the rest of the house I of course thought of them first. I got estimates from many companies anyway including Home Depot. South Valley came in with the best price. I needed to quickly get the windows done as I had family coming to town. Joe made sure the windows were done on-time and correctly. I can't say enough how much of a pleasure it was to work with this company and I will definitely use them again (when I replace my front door). If you are looking for a reliable company that charges a fair price, give South Valley a call.

We didn't have any problems with them whatsoever. They were here on time, got the job done on time, and cleaned up on time. We have not discovered any problems with the windows.

With a 39 year old home we decided to do some remodeling. This being our first experience with the remodeling I was a little nervous about the whole process and completely blind about what to expect.. We obtained a quote from another window company first that a friend had used but I wasn't completely comfortable with the owner and had no idea what to expect cost wise. After getting the first estimate I decided to call a local company for a second quote and called South Valley Windows. Paul immediately came out and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He told us about changes we needed to make to update our windows to current code that the first guy didn't mention and suggested some upgrades to specialty windows (big bay with seat and greenhouse in kitchen) that I loved. Ultimately his bid came in almost $3,000 less WITH upgraded windows and specialty windows! His guys were punctual, fast and friendly. I LOVE my new windows and will definitely recommend Paul and his crew to my friends! I am having him do the doors next!

They were really annoying. One of the windows was leaking in between so I called them with my concern and I also said I would like a new window. I think there was a communication problem because I wanted them to look at it and give me a quote for a new window. They told me to contact the manufacturer on the window which was fine, then they never came back to look at the window. I called them back and told them I needed a new window and I think they thought I wanted them to replace mine. I called a third time and I told the guy to come out and measure for a new window. They told me multiple times they were coming and never showed up. I thought the window itself was leaking from the rain outside and asked them to come by and look at that, too. He said he would come out and he never showed or called. I am not happy with them at all. We were pleased with work they did years ago for us and they were nice and they were nice on the phone, but I wouldn't use them again.

They were fine. I don't remember anything bad happening. I am sure they came in, did a good job and left. I do remember we had to have them come back and screw some stuff in. We did have several companies come out and give us bids and I think the price was fair.

I liked the people they sent out were friendly, they worked with me and didn't break anything. The quality was good, there was a small trouble with the order but it was resolved. They were very responsive - they came out on time and finished the job within just a couple of days.

Good work overall. Mostly neat. Caulking was slightly messy and overlooked some small details. Paul tried very hard to make sure the job was done right, but the crew was not a conscientious as he was. Still, he fixed any complaints we had. My only problem with them is one wood clad door had a bleach mark. I feel they should not have installed it once they noticed it, but the installed it and now I have to deal with Milguard. I feel they pawned that problem onto us a bit.

Double pane windows installed in large home. They did the whole house in a short amount of time. It was a great company to have work on your house. I had no problems with windows installed.

They got the job done pretty fast and cleaned up after themselves. They were very nice to us as well. I would use them again if I needed other services they provide. Overall we were very happy with them.

JOE WAS WONDERFUL -- TOOK TIME TO LISTEN TO OUR NEEDS. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. THE INSTALLATION WAS ON TIME. WE LOVE OUR NEW WINDOWS.
