SILICON VALLEY HARDWOOD FLOORS

We had two different types of flooring installed - Douglas Fir to match existing 100+ year old floors and oak. The flooring was delivered a week before it was to be installed so that the moisture content would be compatible with the house. They also timed the installation so that the moisture from any sheetrock and plastering work would not affect the floor. They installed the floors very quickly. The grain on the quarter sawn oak was popped before it was stained and it looks fabulous. They were also very pleasant to have in my home and they took great pride in their work.

They were doing work in the neighborhood and left a flier on my door. I needed some work and called. He showed up fast, was very nice. Some others from the phone book didn't return my call for weeks. His crew did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would. When some unexpected issues came up, it's 90 year old house so issues come up, they handled them well and we worked them out with no problems and fair prices. Not only did they do a great job of matching the floor and fitting it in seamlessly but I didn't mind having them in my house.

This company did high quality work and they were very conscientious while in my home. They covered items with plastic so that the dust and sand wouldn't get all over my home. When they were done, they cleaned up and left the house as clean as when they arrived. They were recommended to me by my niece and I would recommend them to others.
