+ 1 moreJerry did a very nice job. He installed a new bathroom faucet, he figured out why it was leaking and fixed it. He took down a light fixture and repaired sheetrock and put the light back up. Jerry did a great job, we'll use him again in the future.

Description of Work: Jerry was asked to hang up a porch swing on an arbor. He had to work with a custom chain that was not designed for the swing in order to complete the job

+ -1 moreUnsatisfactory. He didn't finish the job he is supposed to do. He did not remove his trash even though he put it in the contract that he would.
Description of Work: He put up some paneling in one room. Some of the things didn't matched. He didn't finished putting up the molding and silicone on the gaps before he started started another job. The nails are sticking out of the railing. The screws are coming out and they are very sharp. The third job was, building a frame of the exhaust fan over the BBQ, he did not finish the job. He is supposed to do electrical work as well the next day, but he had a family emergency, and didn't know when he will come back. Then he never came back and he never called me back.

He renovated my home office by creatively repairing a redwood entry door, patching and painting the room, hung a large flat screen TV, replaced a toilet in the bathroom as well as numerous other small fixes around the property. He was able to clearly communicate what he was going to do and showed up on time. I’m very happy with results. I highly recommend S &J Handyman Services.
