lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreThey took my mower which only required minor repair (broker wire and plastic primer cup) and kept it for 5 weeks. They never called to explain the delay and when we called we got vague responses. Then they told us it was unrepairable (transmission problem) but when we went to pick it up they said they had mixed it up with another mower and our's was repairable. They were friendly but completely unprofessional.
Description of Work: Repair my push mower.
