+ -1 moreManuel and his entire crew were nothing short of amazing. The work was done fast with a precise attention to detail. All questions were answered promptly and we felt super comfortable through the whole process. The project lasted exactly as long as Manuel had estimated and it's just been a pleasure having him work on this addition. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any job big or small. After each inspection Manuel would text me and send a photo of the sign off sheet. His communication was spot on and he was punctual every single day. He answered his phone almost every time I called him. These days you hear a lot of horror stories when it relates to contractors, but my experience with Manuel was completely the opposite. We are so happy to have chosen him for this work. He is just the BEST.
Description of Work: Manuel G Souza built a 250 sq. ft. addition onto the back of our house. This included everything from pouring a new cement foundation, framing, electrical and finishing trim work to name a few.
