They have very good initiative understanding what we wanted in regard to new pavers and paths we had put in. they did very good job on that. The downside was they didn't appears to schedule very well.

Landscaping included: major trenching to connect new drainage to existing drain pipes; installation of irrigation system for plants, trees and ground cover; building a new, curved planter bed wall to exactly match stone, coping and and quot;lookand quot; of existing planter; addition and integration of new topsoil in all areas to be planted; installation of flagstone and quot;patioand quot; and walkways; designing, building and installing a large pergola over an existing cement patio; providing and planting new trees, bushes and ground cover (while working around pre-existing trees, bushes and hardscape); delivery and installation of shredded bark as mulch over all planted areas; follow-up to replace plants killed by winter frost. Pete Gluhaich, owner of Greenstreak Landscaping, provided a wealth of information and was a joy to work with. He ALWAYS returned my phone calls and visited our worksite frequently. The quality of his work crews was excellent and they always cleaned up the worksite at the end of the day. The whole project was a and quot;class act.and quot; The only reason i graded them and quot;Band quot; on price was because I always think things should cost less than they do (my bad) and I gave them a and quot;Band quot; on punctuality, not because they didn't show up when they said they would, (they always did) but because the job took months instead of weeks--and of course that NEVER happens with contractors! LOL.

They got it done in a reasonable amount of time. It is beautiful. I would like to be able choose the plants. They were expensive.

Pete and his crew did an excellent job and I will definitely use them in the future.

As I explained in the above statement, it was a pleasure doing business with Greenstreak.

We have used them consistently for 4 years. They did a great job on the last project. When they had their original crew together they were the best I had ever seen but the foreman got in a fight with the boss and they split up. Their work is still great. They have gone from A+ work to A- work. The patio this year with the blocks A+, great job. They are a little bit overpriced but I have found if something goes wrong they send out people to fix what is wrong at their cost.

Pete, the owner, is a wonderful professional. We had extensive work done to repair a botched job, and to create a comfortable and beautiful space. We have a hillside property and just had a horrible experience with the previous contractors. We met with Pete and talked about our plans. We had to do the job in pieces due to finances. Pete not only did what he promised, but the work exceeded our expectations. It was wonderful to have his crew show up on time and leave us with such outstanding results. With the large amount of work done I can honestly say that my husband and I could not be happier with the finished product. All of our questions were answered, the communications were straight forward, and we get compliments from friends and neighbors. With regard to the pergolas, we had a neighbor from across the street and a friend who lives in Gilroy ask if it was ok to copy the design...that's how well they are built and how beautiful they are! I will use Greenstreak for any future projects too. They were not the lowest bid, but the work does not get any better than this.
