+ -1 moreDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! If I could give this company a zero I would. We went with aquamatic because of their "great" 7 year warranty on their pool cover. Our cover is only 3 years old and it began to tear. We contacted them to honor their warranty and they flat out told us that they wouldn't and said a tear in the cover wasn't under their warranty. They played semantics and said our situation was "webbing," which isnt covered. Apparently webbing and fabric are different????? At the time of sale none of this was mentioned. Now they want us to pay $2,500 for a new cover after the thousands of dollars we just spent. This company is not honest and will not honor warranty. I wish I would have looked on Better Business Bureau before I purchased from this company because I saw the exact same situation that I'm going through mentioned, there. If you want honesty and reliability, go with a different company for your pool cover!!!

Description of Work: Aquamatic installed and manufactured the pool cover 7 years ago, and we had no problems during this time. The original wore out so I had Aquamatic replace it with a new one. They also have a good warranty, by the way. Service was great from bidding to scheduling to installation. I did investigate and bid with 2 other companies, but I found that they were not as competitive and that the other companies normally worked with electric motors, not hydraulic motors. It turns out that Aquamatic supplies to one of them so of course Aquamatic had the most competitive bid. Good product, easy company to work with, and helpful crew.

+ -1 moreTHE SALES, INSTALLATION, AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT PEOPLE ARE AWESOME. IF EVER THINKING OF GETTING A POOL COVER, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO GO WITH. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED A PROBLEM THAT WASN'T EVEN THEIR FAULT AND DIDN'T CHARGE A SERVICE CALL.
Description of Work: FURNISHED AND INSTALLED A AUTOMATIC POOL COVER THAT PROVIDES SAFETY(PER CITY CODE), PROTECTION AGAINST DIRT AND DEBRIS, AND SAVES MONEY ON CHEMICALS.
