+ -1 moreMaking the appointment was VERY easy. I called, explained my small problem, and they scheduled a time to come out and fix. It was nice that they did not poo-poo me away as a small job as having a socket not working (although not a HUGE deal) is certainly inconvenient for me. The tech showed up on time. Was very clean and not dirty. He was patient as I explained my issue and even did not mind my little dog watching to ensure everything was okay :-)
