NOT Good...my replacement window project went terribly wrong. first mistake was waiving my right to cancel my order per the salesman recommendation. never waive your right to cancel an order! his reasoning was that they could process the order faster by not having to wait the three days. why, i was in no hurry. what could go wrong with a little dual pane replacement window. as promised the windows were swiftly manufactured, completed and ready for installation. on my first visit (sales pitch) from the company salesman and after speaking in length with the car salesman i decided to pay the additional dollars and have LOW-E applied, even discussed which surface the LOW-E would be applied to. When my windows arrived i was suspicious that the LOW-E was not on the window and began to question the integrity of this company. after one window was installed i had to be the one to break the news to the installer that the windows were not the right thickness. i was there when the salesman looked at my window and guessed out loud the 1/2" thickness. the thickness was not checked by taking a measurement. he guessed wrong, my windows are 9/16" thick. the following day a company representative called and confirmed that the windows delivered were indeed the incorrect thickness and the LOW-E that i paid several hundred dollars extra for was not on the windows. how more wrong can an order go? to this day the salesman that sold me the windows has not called to make right my concerns. needless to say i will never recommend or use these guys again. oh, and this was my very first experience with angies list.. not impressed..
