Description of Work: Fixed a security door that had locked-up (was unable to open). Replaced the latch. Door worked great!

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time, but they didn't have what I needed. Once I met them, he said they don't carry those locks, nor could get them in even though they told me they could do them over the phone when I originally spoke with them.
Description of Work: I needed a yale lock for the front and back & door.

 + -1 moreThe folks at Safe Mart are conveniently located to us. This is a well-established family-owned and operated business that offers fast, friendly and reasonably priced service. My husband is a do-it-yourselfer, so he removed the door locks himself to take to Safe Mart to have the locks rekeyed. After he reinstalled the locks; the bolt lock would not work properly, so my husband removed the locks and took them back to Safe Mart. There was a small adjustment needed, which they took care of at no further charge. After my husband installed the locks again, the bolt lock still would not work properly. He called Safe Mart, explained the problem, and after answering a few questions on how he installed the locks, he was given advice on how to resolve the issue. Problem solved! The locks work properly and we are very happy they were able to help us with a phone call. Safe Mart has any type of lock/key and security products a homeowner might want. We really appreciate their friendly and helpful manner and will not hesitate to do business with them in the future.
Description of Work: We needed to have a couple of door locks rekeyed and have extra keys made.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I GAVE THEM A BASIC IDEA OF WHAT I WANTED. THEY GAVE ME SEVERAL OPTIONS, AND I PICKED THE ONE THAT WORKED FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS. FOR EXAMPLE DOUBLE LOCKS AND SINGLE CYLINDER LOCKS, THERE ARE LAWS FOR THE USES OF THE SPECIFIC TYPES.
Description of Work: I BOUGHT A SAFE, AND I REPLACED SIX DOOR LOCKS. I HAD MATCHING LOCK AND KEY SETS FOR SIX DOORS.
